TRACE Austin is a sleek and sophisticated restaurant featuring the finest flavors of Central Texas sourced directly from the region’s surrounding farms. At the helm of TRACE’s kitchen is Chef de Cuisine, Paul Hargrove and Slow Food Austin’s very own, Valerie Broussard who, as the Forager at W Austin, sources local ingredients from nearby farms, and cheeses, cured meats, jams and even hot sauce from artisanal producers.
