Slow Food board member and SPUN co-owner Ashley Cheng will be giving a short talk on the farm-to-table concept behind Austin’s first liquid nitrogen ice cream shop, which she opened with her sister Christina this winter. After a demonstration on how the ice cream is crafted on the spot as it is ordered, each participant will receive a free scoop with one topping!
Our Slow Sessions are always free to attend, but please claim a ticket to reserve your spot. Space is limited, and there will be two separate demos with one beginning at 6:00 pm and the next at 6:30pm.
