Our March farm tour will be a double feature of two urban farms starting with F-Stop Farm and continuing at Joe’s Organics. We’ll start the tandem farm tour with F-Stop farm where Ryan Famau will show us around his growing, urban, yard garden and inspire you with his knowledge and experience to turn your own yard into a garden. Ryan will send you home with a box of goodness, from his seasonal offerings. Around 2:45 we will head over to Joe’s Organics for a tour to see how Joe Diffie has turned composting into a “sprouting” business! Here we will enjoy a beautifully prepared vegetarian snack from Bento Picnic; using produce from both farms. You will also receive a “micro-buffet” of seasonal micro-greens to take home and enjoy from Joe’s Organics. It’s going to be lots of fun and informative; we’re looking forward to seeing you there!
