Because everything is bigger in Texas, Austin is hosting a week-long celebration of National Food Day. As part of the festivities, Slow Food Austin is putting on a very special farm tour and dinner, right here in the heart of the city.
On Tuesday, October 23 come on out to Urban Patchwork Neighborhood Farms. We’ll learn about their farming methods, tour their space, and end our evening together with a beautiful candle light dinner, al fresco.
This is a truly local dinner, with products from three sustainable farms (Urban Patchwork, Millberg Farm, and Munkebo Farm) prepared by Chef Roger Chan and his team, and with drinks graciously hosted by Greenling.
ALL proceeds from ticket sales go back to our contributing farmers. Join us in supporting our local farms and celebrating food that is good, clean, and fair.
